How it works

Your app reports events — clicks, signups, purchases, cancellations and refunds — to a small API, from your backend or your billing webhooks.
Promoters share their link and see their own clicks, referrals and earnings. They log in with an email link — no passwords.
Commission becomes payable once the refund window has passed. Promoters request a payout, and you pay them.

Commissions held until they're safe — a waiting period per plan type; a cancellation or refund before then cancels the commission.
One-time or recurring commission, with an optional limit on how many months recurring commission runs.
Sell in any major currency: promoters see one balance in your payout currency, with a minimum payout you choose.
A dashboard for every promoter, plus daily, weekly or monthly email digests.
Your program on your own subdomain — yourbusiness.tulpn.com.
Commission terms written for you from your settings, and promoters emailed automatically when you change them.

Questions

Who pays the promoters?

You do. tulpn tracks referrals and works out what each promoter has earned; you pay them however you like.

What happens when a customer gets a refund?

If it's before the commission becomes payable, the commission is cancelled. If it's after, it's flagged so you can decide.

Which billing systems does it work with?

Any. Your own backend reports the events — for example from your Stripe webhooks.

Do promoters need an account?

No. They log in with a link sent to their email address.

Where is the data stored?

In the UK and the EU.
